Description: Internal Job Title: Senior P3M Benefits Manager

Member of EPMO SLT Providing leadership for the delivery and increased maturity of EPMO services. Responsible for implementation of the strategy and vision for EPMO as determined by the Head of EPMO.

Responsible for delivery of a robust Enterprise-wide benefits management process which includes process stand up, training, implementation of appropriate systems and tools to enable planning, realising and evaluation of benefits. Also responsible for the development and then subsequent implementation of the benefits management strategy in line with NDA and IPA guidance.

Responsible for providing intervention techniques to provide coaching and support as a peer to support areas of the business which are trending adversely against performance. This role ensures performance issues/challenges the organisation is encountering is understood with recovery plans enacted.

This role is a senior advisory role who can provide expert guidance and solutions to highly complex issues. This role will contribute in informing key decisions, help shape approaches, set standards, or arbitrate disputes/ conflicts that impact P3M performance. To provide leadership and overall direction to the P3M organisation as a SME residing within the central EPMO organisation.

Maintaining and developing this knowledge and experience is key to securing and developing our unique nuclear waste capabilities for the UK and the rest of the world
