Requirements Engineer

Position Available: Requirements Engineer

Location: Gloucestershire (Hybrid) & Dynamic Working Hours

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Company Bonus & Very Good Pension Package

Experience needed: Experience of requirements management and technical report writing within a complex, high-technology manufacturing or engineering industry such as defence, aerospace, automotive, maritime, nuclear and similar.

About the role

We currently have several vacancies available as Requirements Engineers to join our team who are responsible for the definition of the seeker system design and the subsystems. As a team we are responsible for supporting our various programmes, working with our customers and suppliers towards developing and integrating the next generation RF seekers. There are numerous progression and development opportunities available, as well as interaction with stakeholders across dynamic engineering teams.

What we need from you:

• Knowledge of requirements management toolsets e.g. DOORS
• The ability to define and conduct systems studies in order to inform requirements
• Good data analysis and technical report writing skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team

It would be great to have experience in some/any of the following:

• Knowledge of MBSE, Software or firmware knowledge
• Knowledge of RF systems and digital signal processing
• Knowledge of performance Model Development processes
• Experience in, or appreciation of, task package management
• Experience in product verification and validation
• Experience across the full product lifecycle
• Hardware experience or an interest in Hardware
