Job Title: Completions Coordinator
Background: This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Completions Manager to play a key role in the development of a new nuclear build. The role will be site based in Somerset.
Role and Responsibilities: * Understanding the contractual deliverable documentation requirements and contractor deliverable requirements; * Support the completions manager in delivering handover processes and procedures that are associated with their designated projects and multi-disciplinary team (MDT) * Discharge the role requires a range of technical skills and competences, communication skills, construction awareness and knowledge of various client standard project procedures and quality control procedures * Support the completions manager in ensuring all appropriate records are collated throughout the life cycle of the project and checked at the associated procedural review points * Ensure completed documentation is uploaded onto the electronic document management system * Report to the construction manager for their portfolio of concurrent interfaces and handovers.
Qualifications and Experience: * Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management * Extensive experience in the delivery of large, complex projects, including Power, Chemical and Industrial * Experience of successfully completing sections with a value of £50M to £100M on similar sized projects (£1B - £3B) * Experience of operating in a high security environment * Experience in the installation and erection of large Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Plant * Chartered, Technical, Certified / Incorporated Membership Level status * Nuclear experience, working within a regulated, licenced environment
