Waste Management Consultants

Our business is expanding, and as such we are looking for excellent scientists, engineers or mathematicians who have a good first or second degree.  You should have experience in addressing waste management or decommissioning problems in the nuclear industry.  You should be flexible and able to manage or contribute to different types of study e.g.:

  • optimisation studies;
  • strategy development;
  • decommissioning planning;
  • innovation in waste management;
  • specialist technical studies e.g. in relation to encapsulation and packaging;
  • waste characterisation strategies;
  • support in obtaining regulatory approval.

You should be able to demonstrate success in winning and delivering work for major nuclear clients, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the nuclear sector.

  •  Excellent communication skills are required, as is the ability to deliver high quality technical reports to tight deadlines.  There will be opportunities to manage projects and make an important contribution towards the development of this rapidly growing company. 

You will be ambitious, results driven and have excellent academic credentials. Candidates are expected to be self motivated and have the skills to work effectively with other people.

You would work from our office in Penrith or alternative locations might be possible for the right candidate.
