| Description: | Mechanical Design Engineer (Nuclear/Defence) 45,000- 50,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits Walsall Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with nuclear/defence experience looking to further your career in a varied role within an industry leading company offering on the job training and early finishes on Fridays to uphold your work-life balance. For over 50 years, this well-established, family-owned company has completed fabrication, welding and manufacturing of pressure vessels and heat exchangers into various industries, predominantly nuclear and defense. Due to an ever-increasing workload and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to expand their friendly team. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for designing and developing pressure vessels, pipework and heat exchangers according to specifications, as well as calculations and simulations. This is a Monday to Friday role, working 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish at 1:30pm on Fridays. This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for the opportunity to work on a variety of projects within an industry-leading company offering in-house training, great progression opportunities, a supportive work environment and a work-life balance due to its days-based nature.
