Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Safety Case Engineer with a Human factors background on a permanent basis in Cumbria with hybrid working.
What you'll be doing: - Providing a Human Factors Intelligent Customer role within the Safety Case Team
- Undertaking Human Factors assessments
- Assessing the probability of human errors and providing Human Factors advice
- Representing the Safety Case Team in discussions with the wider business
- Providing an interface between the Safety Case and Human Factors Teams
- Supporting Safety Case delivery
- Contribute to Stakeholder Review of relevant documentation
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders as required by their scope of work
Your skills and experiences:
Essential - Degree in Human Factors or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable Human Factors experience
- Experience with writing assessment Human Factors reports and contributing to safety cases
- High hazard area industry experience
Desirable: - Human error assessment experience
- Chartered Engineer or working towards this
