This organisation continues to invest heavily in its facilities and has successfully doubled turnover in recent years. They specialise in a wide range of forging processes, including open die radial, press, hammer, ring rolling, closed die extrusion, drop stamp, and blade forging. With comprehensive on site capabilities, they deliver a fully integrated metals service from raw material through to final machining and testing. About the Role The Metallurgist will be responsible for managing hot material conversion processes and developing effective production routes across a variety of titanium, nickel, and iron based alloys. You will prepare methods of manufacture, review and finalise works route cards, and work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal production and quality teams. This role is integral to driving product and process optimisation, supporting cost reduction activities, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high integrity forged components across multiple sectors, including aerospace, nuclear, power generation, marine, and oil & gas.
