As a Programme Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the clear definition of the Asset Management Programme mission and will lead the safe and successful delivery of all programme related activity across the entire Magnox organisation. In this highly challenging position you will have full responsibility for managing, delivering and implementing the Asset Management strategy and policy for a large, complex and ageing asset portfolio, as well as providing leadership, direction and expertise in asset management improvement across the Company. You will work closely with site Closure Directors, the Magnox Executive, the NDA and Regulators to lead the safe delivery of work to cost, time and quality requirements.
You will have gained extensive asset management and programme delivery experience and will bring a successful track record of leading and deploying asset care maintenance programmes within the constraints of programme budgets in the nuclear or a highly-regulated industry. You will be an effective leader, with safety as your highest priority, and able to build constructive relationships with the relevant regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
