Mechanical Engineer (Contract)

We're hiring Mechanical Project Engineers to join a dynamic team delivering a major commercial fit-out project (Phase 1) in Bristol.

• 6-month contract with view to extend
• Office-based role
• Immediate need

A high-spec office fit-out Phase 1 underway needing skilled engineers with building services experience, ideally from a fit-out background. This is your chance to get in early on a landmark project and make your mark.

What you'll do:

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical project delivery
• Manage procurement, planning, and programme timelines
• Ensure technical compliance, quality standards, and site safety
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Drive project efficiency and excellence

You should have:

• Strong building services experience (fit-out experience a huge plus)
• Sharp project management skills
• Ability to work with design, commercial, and delivery teams
• A focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction

Candidates should have relevant industry qualifications, have fit out experience, and ideally have experience working with nuclear projects.
