Our client is a Global Market Leading Construction Consultancy with projects in over 130 countries worldwide they are now looking to hire a Project Manager for their growing team in Warrington.

Key Responsibilities

You'll take ownership of end-to-end project management services, acting as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met, and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients at a strategic level during project inception
  • Defining project requirements and success criteria (cost, time, technical, performance)
  • Establishing project governance, systems, and controls
  • Producing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules
  • Managing resource planning and procurement
  • Leading cross-functional project teams
  • Monitoring project performance using KPIs
  • Managing change control and cost forecasting
  • Coordinating communication between all stakeholders
  • Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Producing formal reports and presenting progress updates
  • Advising on Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards

About You

  • Must have Proven experience managing infrastructure projects (valued at £10m-£25m+) and ideally working for a Construction Consultancy organisation (Contractor or Client side experience would be considered however you must hold a relevant degree in Project Management, Construction or a related discipline) - managing multidisciplinary teams and project delivery.
