They're now seeking a highly skilled Engineering Design Manager with strong calculation experience to help lead major civil engineering packages on cutting-edge nuclear programmes.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading talented project teams and offering expert support
Shaping project scope, budgets, risk, safety, and scheduling
Assisting Contract Managers with variations and claims
Mentoring and developing the next generation of engineering talent
What They're Looking For:
A strong background in tender management and bid preparation
Solid experience in technical delivery within regulated sectors (Nuclear, Rail, Defence, etc.)
Qualified in PMP, PRINCE2, or APM
Proven ability to deliver technical work packages to a high standard
