| Description: | Job title: Programme Manager WFH: 3 Days expected from site per week / 2 days from home.
Duties include: Planning, directing and co-ordinating the team's activities to manage and implement projects and/or interrelated projects from initiation to final closure. Determines and monitors and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk. Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet the Programme or Portfolio's needs and requirements. Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the Programme/Portfolio. Adheres to the established Project Management processes and governance arrangements, ensuring this is cascaded throughout the projects that make up the Programme/Portfolio. Ensures QA arrangements are in place to provide assurance that reporting and adherence to Management Systems is robust. Undertakes status review meetings among project teams that form the Programme/Portfolio under their oversight. Advises the Head of Projects on matters of escalation, major concerns, risks, and opportunities within the Programme/Portfolio. Controls project requirements, scope and change management issues (including approval of contract variations and early warnings within appropriate levels of authority).
Must Haves: Bachelor's degree in applicable disciplines: Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline required Minimum of 10 or more years of applicable project management experience required; 10-15 years preferred APM Qualified Strong project delivery and stakeholder management from within the nuclear industry
