For our R&D Department in Saint-Prex, we are looking for an Technical Program Manager - Nuclear interconnection solutions. As part of a strategic, multi-partner nuclear industry program, you will lead the development of advanced interconnection solutions, in particular connectors and cable assemblies designed for highly demanding environments where performance, safety, reliability, qualification, and documentation rigor are non-negotiable. Working closely with the customer's organization, external partners, and key internal stakeholders, including Customer Program Manager, you will act as Fischer Connectors' technical authority, ensuring alignment, driving technical choices, and securing on-time delivery of engineering evidence and compliant documentation. This position combines deep technical leadership, program management, and multi-partner coordination. You will structure and orchestrate the work of a development consortium, steer design and qualification activities, manage risks, and ensure engineering deliverables meet nuclear-industry expectations.
