In this permanent, full-time position, you will contribute to the delivery of high-precision land and structural measurements, ensuring the success of our ambitious project. Key Responsibilities: - Report directly to the Senior Civil Surveyor, assisting in the execution of survey operations.
- Implement and maintain dimensional control systems to guarantee measurement accuracy.
- Ensure quality assurance across all survey activities, adhering to project standards and specifications.
- Manage and analyze survey data, providing comprehensive reports and insights.
- Supply detailed survey drawings and data sets for project teams.
- Produce and maintain survey quality records to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Offer technical support to the wider project team, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Conduct surveys on-site and support office-based data processing as required.
- Operate and calibrate state-of-the-art survey equipment, including Leica TS16 / MS60 Robotics, Leica RTC360, Leica GNSS, and similar tools.
- Utilize advanced surveying software such as Civil3D, AutoCAD, Leica Infinity, Leica Cyclone3RD, MicroSurvey Star Net, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Essential Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar civil engineering surveying role.
- Proven experience working on large infrastructure projects, preferably within the civil or nuclear sectors.
- Proficiency in establishing survey networks and using survey hardware and software.
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to perform precise mathematical calculations.
- Ability to interpret complex survey data and translate it into actionable information.
- Demonstrated lateral and logical thinking, with attention to detail.
- Confident in adopting and mastering new surveying technologies and digital tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to interface professionally with clients and team members.
- Well-organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
