The roleAs a Requirements Change Engineer, you'll join a newly established team working at the forefront of engineering change, supporting the maintenance and sustainment of the Royal Navy's nuclear submarine fleet. This is a role where you'll directly influence critical engineering workflows, helping teams integrate more effectively, enabling stable work packages, and improving the way technical requirements and engineering changes are delivered. Day to day, you'll be part of a fast moving, multi project environment with unique exposure across the business. You'll build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, gain invaluable insight into naval engineering and defence operations, and grow your expertise within a world class engineering organisation committed to your development.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days in the office/onsite. Essential experience of the Requirements Change Engineer
The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
