Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure (Sellafield) Location: Sellafield, Cumbria
Salary: Circa 70,000 - 80,000 + package

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This is a key commercial role within the project team, responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead the commercial management of major infrastructure works from award through to final account
- Prepare and manage valuations, cost reports and forecasts
- Manage subcontractor and supply chain packages, including procurement and payments
- Administer change control, variations and compensation events
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities and support their resolution
- Support the project team with commercial strategy and reporting
Requirements - Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts
- Experience on major projects or within regulated environments
- Excellent analytical, commercial and communication skills
