| Description: | Supplier Quality Engineer Full Time, Permanent 37.5 hours Monday to Friday Home based with travel to Bridgwater & supplier sites. 60,000- 65,000 + Car Allowance Benefits include: full travel expenses paid, enhanced pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, healthcare, further training and development! We are partnered with a tier 1 engineering services provider who are part of the exciting Hinkley Point C nuclear power station build. They are currently looking to add a supplier quality engineer to their team on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be home based with travel to Hinkley Point C (Bridgwater, Somerset) and supplier sites across the UK and EU (Primarily UK). The Role: As an SQE, you will assist the SQM in all areas related to supplier quality. You will be responsible for ensuring that the products and services provided consistently meet the requirements of each project. You will serve as a vital link between the organisation and its suppliers, overseeing performance and contributing to the development and qualification of both new and existing suppliers. You will work as part of a diverse, cross-functional team, collaborating with suppliers to implement best practices that focus on defect prevention, reducing variability and waste, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer expectations The Requirements:
