Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Production, QC, and Engineering Managers.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, MHRA, and other regulatory standards.

• Oversee production of PET and SPECT imaging products.

• Manage site maintenance, equipment validation, and critical utilities.

• Develop and maintain KPIs for production and distribution.

• Support staff training, development, and recruitment initiatives.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including customers and suppliers.

• Ensure adherence to safety, radiation, and security protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in radiopharmaceuticals or pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential.

• Strong line management experience, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

• In-depth knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.

• Experience managing production facilities and technical operations.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to deputize for senior leadership when required.
