Are you a Quantity Surveyor with NEC3 experience looking for your next challenge? This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the UK's most high-profile nuclear infrastructure programmes, based on a secure site in Reading.

This role offers the chance to operate in a complex, highly regulated environment, where your expertise will make a real impact on a major project.

The Role

• Location: Reading (site-based, no remote)
• Rate: Up to 400/day (Inside IR35)
• Contract: Ongoing opportunity
• Clearance: Existing SC preferred (must be eligible to obtain)
• Nationality: British nationals only (security restrictions)

What We're Looking For

• Proven Quantity Surveying experience on large-scale infrastructure or defence projects
• Strong working knowledge of NEC3 contracts
• Background in nuclear, defence, or other regulated sectors
• Skilled in cost control, subcontract management, and commercial reporting
• Confident working on site with client and contractor teams

Additional Information

Due to the nature of the project:

• This is a site-based role only (no hybrid/remote option).
• Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance (British nationals only).
