The Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is seeking a Pre Construction Manager to manage and coordinate preconstruction activities for the Marine and Tunnelling (M+T) scope of the Sizewell C project. You'll support the development of delivery strategies for intake tunnels, outfall tunnels, offshore connections, and supporting works, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and aligned to cost, schedule and quality requirements.

This role is vital in preparing the programme for delivery, with a focus on programme readiness, Target Outturn Cost (TOC) development, stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer from HPC.

CWA, appointed by the Sizewell C client, brings together three leading contractors - Laing O'Rourke, Bouygues, and Balfour Beatty - to deliver the civils scope including Enabling Earthworks, Main Civil Works, and Marine and Tunnelling.
