Work life balance and flexibility is a key focus area for us. About the OpportunityThe Group Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the Environmental Solution sub Division. This includes the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) Account, Nuclear Restoration Services, Nuclear Waste Services, Place Regeneration and Strategic Non Nuclear Pursuits. You'll provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth. This role oversees operational performance, governance, people development, and market engagement to align with the organisation's objectives. The role is accountable for driving efficiency, embedding a culture of innovation and inclusion, and ensuring that projects and business units have the systems, processes, and leadership needed to deliver consistent high performance. The Group Director will contribute to strategic decision making, collaborate cross functionally, and play a key role in shaping the organisation's growth, mission, and culture. Key responsibilities:
