Health & Safety Advisor / Manager - Investigations
Location: Sizewell C, Suffolk
Company: Tier 1 Major Construction Contractor
Rate: 450- 550 per day (Umbrella PAYE, DOE)
Contract: Initial 3 months, with view to permanent employment (package TBC)
Start: ASAP
The Role
This position is a dedicated investigations role, responsible solely for managing, leading, and closing out health & safety investigations across the project.
Key Responsibilities - Investigations Focus
- Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions
- Produce clear, high-quality investigation reports
- Engage with site teams and senior stakeholders to drive learning and improvement
- Ensure findings are embedded into future safe systems of work
Key Information
- Monday to Friday, full-time on site (rotation planned)

Requirements
- Eligible for BPSS clearance
- Proven experience leading H&S investigations on major construction projects
- Strong knowledge of RCA methodologies
- Nuclear or regulated infrastructure experience desirable but not essential
