Fabricator / welder - Supervisor

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Hands on Fabricator/Welder Supervisor based in the Skelmersdale area. This role is on a permanent basis and is site based.

We're working with a manufacturer of bespoke equipment and assemblies serving a range of markets including Subsea, Nuclear, and Heavy Manufacturing.

This position is ideal for an experienced, hands on Fabricator/Welder with supervisory experience who takes pride in high quality workmanship. You'll be responsible for fabricating and welding to a high standard-mainly MIG, with TIG skills an advantage-while also leading a small team to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Time served experience in fabrication and welding
• Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Proven supervisory experience (managing 5-6 team members)
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management

• Competitive hourly rate from £20.00 - £22.00 (dependent on experience)
• 39 hour day shift, Monday to Friday
• Overtime paid at x1.3
