We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major defence programme based in Devonport. This role will lead the delivery of complex engineering projects within a highly regulated environment, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, programme, commercial and stakeholder objectives.
This position would suit a Senior Project Manager with an engineering background and proven experience delivering projects within nuclear or defence sectors. It will appeal to someone who is confident managing complex programmes, leading multi-disciplinary teams and operating within secure, safety-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, cost and programme targets
Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams within a secure environment
Oversee project budgets, risk management and commercial performance
Coordinate engineering, planning and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
Ensure compliance with defence and nuclear regulatory standards and security requirements
In return you'll receive a salary of 80k with hybrid working (3 days per week onsite in Devonport).
