Architect

Surrey 36- 40 per hour Inside IR35 6-Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced Nuclear Architect with strong Revit skills to join a multidisciplinary team delivering technically complex projects within the nuclear and defence sectors.

You'll work across the RIBA stages, combining architectural design, technical detailing and Revit delivery. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in Surrey.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering architectural design across the RIBA stages
• Producing detailed designs and technical information using Revit
• Supporting complex nuclear and defence projects
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams
• Ensuring designs meet UK planning, building and construction regulations
• Supporting sustainable design and modern methods of construction

What we're looking for

• Previous nuclear or defence architecture experience
• Strong Revit skills
• Proven experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages
• Strong technical design and detailing capabilities
• Understanding of security and CTM design
• SC Cleared or eligible to obtain SC Clearance
• Able to work in Epsom 3 days per week
• Single British nationality required due to project security requirements
