This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer looking to combine technical leadership, team development and complex product delivery within a highly regulated engineering environment. Working on sophisticated electro-mechanical systems, you will provide technical leadership across sustaining engineering programmes, supporting product improvements, engineering change, obsolescence management, field upgrades and long-term product lifecycle support. This role offers genuine influence over engineering standards, technical direction, design governance and the development of future engineering capability across the business. The Lead Electrical Design Engineer Role As a Lead Electrical Design Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across multiple engineering programmes whilst supporting and developing a growing team of engineers.
