IMS Officer

Job Title: Integrated Management System (IMS) Officer
Contract Type: Contract (PAYE)
Day Rate: Up to 170 per day (PAYE)
Location: Bridgwater
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week on-site)

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the IMS & Audit Manager in maintaining and improving the HPC Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Facilitate and coordinate IMS Management Reviews and Management System Governance Group (MSGG) meetings.
• Conduct and support internal management system audits.
• Assist in external audits and third-party audit facilitation.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and internal policies across nuclear safety, security, environment, and health and safety.
• Provide IMS advice and support across the organisation, promoting a strong nuclear safety culture.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Experience in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental or Security auditing.
• Practical experience in UK regulated environments.
• Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable:

• Exposure to ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001).
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects or within the nuclear industry.
• Lead Auditor qualification and/or relevant HNC/Degree.
