They are now looking for a Welding Machine Operator to join their growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating machinery, and contributing to the manufacture of high-quality engineering products. What's the Difference? This is not a manual welder role, as a Welding Machine Operator you'll be required to set up, operate, and monitor automated welding machines. The role also includes polishing welded components and light mechanical assembly work, making it ideal for someone practical, detail-focused, and keen to develop in engineering manufacturing.
