Location: Devonport, Plymouth, GB, PL2 2BG Onsite or Hybrid: Hybrid The roleAs an Engineering Support Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll play a key role in aligning engineering operations with commercial and contractual requirements, while supporting the delivery of critical infrastructure projects for the Royal Navy. Day-to-day, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering business support, project engineering, and planning services across our Facilities Engineering (FE) organisation. This is a high-impact leadership role that fuses strategic planning, financial oversight, and technical expertise to shape operational performance and planning precision.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home. Essential experience of the Engineering Support Manager
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPPI) security clearance for this role.
