Lead and deliver packages of thermal analysis work.

Provide mechanical analysis expertise to support design development and validate thermal performance.

Produce clear, concise reports presenting analysis evidence with firm conclusions.

Contribute to team meetings, technical discussions, and formal design reviews.

Manage your workload effectively, meeting project schedules and regularly reporting progress.

Collaborate with project stakeholders across multiple disciplines and organisations.

• Degree qualified in a STEM discipline.
• Proven experience conducting thermal analysis using hand calculations and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS).
• Expertise in one or more of: studying the effects of conduction, convection, and radiation on system thermal response; thermal analysis of electronic systems; MATLAB/Simulink-based thermal modelling; CFD for thermal behaviour assessment; scripting in MATLAB or Python.
• Ability to make rapid, pragmatic assessments to support efficient design iteration.
• Strong problem solving skills, with a self motivated and organised approach to work.
• Comfortable working independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in a comparable industry is advantageous.
