With a strong track record in nuclear, utilities and major capital projects, they are known for providing end-to-end delivery from design through to commissioning. Lead and manage piping design teams and external designers Ensure compliance with the Design Management Plan and applicable standards Provide technical assurance of piping deliverables Drive safe by design, constructability and sustainability principles Report on design progress, risks and performance Control and challenge design change Build strong relationships with client, project teams and supply chain Embed carbon reduction and MMC/Production Thinking into designs Recognised expertise in piping engineering Engineering management experience in major programmes Strong knowledge of UK legislation and standards Experience reviewing and assuring technical deliverables Understanding of risk management and HSE requirements Nuclear sector experience Experience across regulated or manufacturing environments Exposure to design procurement or contract strategy Qualifications | |
