Engineering Manager - Civils / Infrastructure - Nuclear

Location: Sellafield, Cumbria
Salary: circa 79,000- 85,000 + package
Job Type: Permanent

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting an Engineering Manager to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.

This is a senior role overseeing engineering delivery across complex civils packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams across multiple work packages
• Manage design coordination, technical assurance and delivery
• Review and approve engineering documentation and methodologies
• Interface with design, construction and commercial teams
• Ensure compliance with programme, quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer on major infrastructure projects
• Strong civils background (RC structures, drainage, heavy civils)
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and regulated environments
• Degree qualified (or equivalent)
