| Description: | Job Title: TIG Welder Location: Walsall, West Midlands Duration: Permanent Hours: Basic 8:00am-16.30pm Mon to Thurs, 8:00am-13.30pm Fridays (+ Overtime during week and weekends) PAYE Pay Rates: 1st 40 Hours Mon-Fri: £17.94/hr + £2.16/hr Holiday Pay = £20.10/hr Over 40 Hours Mon-Fri: £23.86/hr Sat All Hours: £26.91/hr Sunday All Hours: £35.88/hr After approx 4 weeks of training and providing you are welding to good standard they will increase your pay rates to: 1st 40 Hours Mon-Fri: £18.94/hr + £2.28/hr Holiday Pay = £21.23/hr Over 40 Hours Mon-Fri: £25.20/hr Sat All Hours: £28.43/hr Sunday All Hours: £37.90/hr The Role: Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for Tig Welders on behalf of our client, a market leader in the power generation, petrochemical, water and offshore sectors, for workshop based roles near Walsall. Duties will include 6G Welding of stainless and carbon steel tubes (butt weld tube to tube and fillets) and positional welding on pressure vessels, boilers, pressure parts and superheater pipework, etc. A weld test will need to be completed prior to starting which will need to pass X ray and MPI checks Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in 6G TIG welding Previous 6G TIG codings Ability to pass a weld test, which be subject to x-ray, DPI and MPI.
