Quantity Surveyor

Location: Commutable to Daresbury (flexible working available)
Salary: 50,000- 60,000 (Senior level up to 70,000)
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible)
Start Date: Within candidate's notice period

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team, working across engineering-led projects. The role involves cost management, commercial oversight, and supporting project delivery, with occasional site visits.

• Managing variations and cost reporting
• Supporting permit applications
• Month-end forecasting and financial tracking
• Commercial support across engineering projects

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (3+ years)
• Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Experience in contractor-side environments
• Exposure to engineering projects
• Industry experience in Utilities, Nuclear, or FMCG preferred
• RICS accreditation desirable (not essential)
