Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated planning across multiple project levels ensuring alignment and consistency
  • Develop and maintain logic-linked schedules aligned to WBS structures
  • Analyse risks and opportunities to inform planning strategy and delivery
  • Produce timely, accurate planning reports for key stakeholders
  • Challenge and optimise project delivery sequences and baseline schedules
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor and manage trend and change processes within schedules
  • Integrate MEH scope into wider project planning frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with planning standards and procedures
  • Support continuous improvement through lessons learned


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction or related discipline Mechanical or Electrical bias
  • Proven planning experience in MEH works within regulated industries
  • Strong knowledge of integrated planning methodologies
  • Expertise in planning and project controls software
  • Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder interfaces
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
