MISSIONS PRINCIPALES : Définir et structurer les méthodes et procédures de planification adaptées au projet Élaborer, mettre à jour et optimiser le planning global en intégrant les contraintes techniques, réglementaires et HSE Analyser les dépendances entre les activités et identifier les chemins critiques Coordonner les différentes étapes du projet en assurant une communication fluide entre les équipes internes, les sous-traitants et le client Identifier les risques de dérive planning et proposer des actions correctives efficaces Suivre l'avancement des activités et analyser les écarts entre prévisionnel et réalisé Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance et assurer un reporting régulier (avancement, risques, prévisions) Anticiper les besoins en ressources (humaines, matérielles, équipements) en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles Participer aux réunions de coordination et aux revues d'avancement projet Garantir le respect des standards de sécurité et des exigences de confidentialité PROFILE: Engineering degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project planning Experience in demanding industrial environments (petrochemical, chemical, nuclear or equivalent) Proficiency in planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project ) Good knowledge of project management standards (WBS, progress tracking ) Strong analytical, organizational, and anticipation skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams YOUR MOTIVATION: You are not just a planner: you are a key contributor to project performance.
