Description:	Technician Electrical Heysham, onsite full time Help keep the UK's critical nuclear infrastructure operating safely while advancing your engineering career in a highly skilled, future-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine electrical maintenance across nuclear power station plant and equipment. Perform testing, inspection and fault-finding activities to maintain operational reliability. Support refurbishment, modification and plant improvement projects. Assist with planned outage activities across the UK nuclear fleet. Follow approved maintenance procedures, work instructions and RAMS. Interpret engineering drawings, schematics and technical documentation. Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and regulatory compliance. Build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and supply chain partners. Accurately complete maintenance records and technical documentation. Contribute to a positive, team-focused and results-driven working environment. Qualifications & Requirements NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or a relevant engineering discipline. Completed engineering apprenticeship or equivalent technical training. Proven experience working as a Technician or in a similar engineering role. Experience within a highly regulated or safety-critical environment. Strong understanding of engineering health and safety standards. Knowledge of plant, machinery and electrical systems. Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics and work instructions. Competent using hand tools and precision measuring equipment. Strong communication and organisational skills. NVQ Level 3 in Lifting and Moving Loads is advantageous. What's in it for you?
