Mechanical Quality Inspector

Mechanical QC Inspector - AWE 6 months Inside IR/hr + expenses On-site
We're looking for an experienced Mechanical QC Inspector to support a major programme at AWE on an initial 6-month contract.
Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections in line with ITPs and approved procedures
• Witness/verify mechanical installation and testing activities
• Review quality documentation and support handover / lifetime records where applicable
• Identify non-conformances and support close-out actions with delivery teams
• Ensure works comply with relevant standards, drawings and specifications

Essential

• Previous AWE / nuclear / highly regulated site experience (preferred)
• Strong mechanical inspection background (installation / fabrication / pipework / assembly etc.)
• Confident working to ITPs and technical documentation
• Able to work on-site and communicate effectively with contractors and client teams

Contract

• 6 months
• Inside IR35
• 45 per hour + expenses
• On-site in Reading
