Ready to step into a role with serious progression, stability and impact? We re recruiting for multiple site based LEV Technicians to join a specialist team delivering critical Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) and Dilution Ventilation support on one of the UK s largest infrastructure projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with hands on technical experience whether from LEV, HVAC, ventilation, maintenance, or a similar trade, who wants to build a long-term career with structured development all the way to LEV Engineer and Senior LEV Engineer level.

The Role

Working as part of an established on-site technical team, you ll support the safe, compliant operation of Container LEV systems and Dilution Ventilation Systems across the project. Expect a mix of inspection, testing, maintenance, reporting and practical support as construction work fronts evolve.

You ll be the eyes and hands on the ground, keeping equipment running, spotting issues early, and supporting engineers with installation, commissioning and reconfiguration work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out day-to-day inspection, testing, maintenance and reporting on LEV and Dilution Ventilation systems

  • Maintain accurate records, registers and certification, including data entry into client compliance systems

  • Support installation, reconfiguration and re commissioning of equipment, ducting and hoods as site layouts change

  • Perform filter changes, consumables management and basic ducting upkeep

  • Communicate daily with the client s on-site technical team regarding equipment status and planned works

  • Attend site briefings, toolbox talks and safety meetings

  • Follow all site rules, RAMS, COSHH controls and PPE requirements

  • Assist LEV Engineers and Senior LEV Engineers with installation, commissioning and testing

  • Escalate issues outside your competence promptly

  • Contribute to general housekeeping of the team s site base

About You

Essential:

  • Eligible to work in the UK

  • Able to pass Basic DBS and nuclear site security vetting (fully supported)

  • Willing to obtain an NNB personnel pass

  • Keen to undertake internal LEV training and progress

Desirable:

  • CCNSG Safety Passport (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience on nuclear, major construction or regulated sites

  • Background in LEV, HVAC, ventilation, maintenance, facilities or similar technical roles

  • Basic hand tool competence

Working Arrangements
  • Monday Friday, aligned with site working patterns

  • Fully site-based, no remote or hybrid working

  • Full induction, PPE and internal LEV training provided

  • No on-call requirements at this level (occasional flexibility may be requested)
