Senior Estimator - Major Infrastructure (Sellafield) Location: Sellafield, Cumbria
Salary: Circa 70,000 - 80,000 + package

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Estimator to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This is a key role within the pre-construction team, responsible for leading estimates across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead and prepare detailed cost estimates for major infrastructure works
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Engage with the supply chain to obtain accurate pricing
- Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options
- Support bid submissions and commercial strategy
Requirements - Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within civils or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts and pricing structures
- Experience on major projects or within regulated environments
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills
