Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a proactive and experienced Nuclear Waste Engineer to support a major decommissioning programme in Kent. This long-term contract offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project within a regulated environment.

• Provide a responsive and high-quality waste management service to support decommissioning and infrastructure activities.
• Ensure compliant disposal of waste volumes in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Support the achievement of key waste targets and contribute to project execution strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate waste management into broader project controls.

• Demonstrated experience in nuclear waste management or similar regulated sectors.
• Strong understanding of waste classification, disposal routes, and compliance standards.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work across teams and engage stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving and reporting.
