Description: Diamond are currently working with a number of top tier Companies who have a number of projects. We are currently looking for MEP Site Managers in West London on 15 month contract.

Job Description

The project is complex & consists of refurbishment to 2 floors of the building to provide new consulting rooms/MRI suite and nuclear med facility
Types of works that will be carried out on site:
  • Fire alarm
  • Data
  • ELV Electrical
  • LV Electrical
  • Nurse call
  • Security and CCTV
  • Medical gas system
  • CHW
  • LTHW
    Mechanical ventilation

Role:

  • Working within a team and other management
  • Managing Subcontractors
  • Running the day to day and H&S and report via Procore management
  • Must be able to fully understand and deliver MEP design drawings alongside the works
  • Must be able to fully manage MEP shutdowns
Requirements
  • Time served within MEP environment or HND Qualified
  • SMSTS
  • 1st Aid
  • Fire Marshall Ticket

- Must provide 2 up to date references of previous work completed
