| Description: | Senior EMC Project Engineer Based in Bristol Salary up to £55,000 Bonus 14% Pension Hybrid Working Overtime If you're an electronics engineer who has naturally become the "EMC person" in the team, this could be the role that formalises that expertise. This position sits within a specialist Electromagnetic Compatibility and Radiation Effects function supporting complex UK defence programmes. Rather than only testing at the end of a project, you'll be involved from early design stages, influencing architectures, guiding analogue and digital design decisions, and helping engineering teams get it right first time. You'll work across the full lifecycle, collaborating with systems, hardware and project teams, advising on compliance to recognised military and aerospace standards, and contributing to the development of bespoke test capability within a state of the art EMC facility.
