Senior Project Manager

North Wales 3 Days On Site Hybrid Working Occasional Manchester Travel Up to 70/hr Outside IR35

We're recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join the Principal Contractor delivering works at a major decommissioning site in North Wales.

This is an excellent long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, demolition, enabling works or major infrastructure projects, ideally within a highly regulated environment such as nuclear.

You'll be responsible for leading the delivery of multiple civils and demolition work packages, managing project teams, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

• Proven experience managing civils, demolition or heavy infrastructure projects.
• Background working for a Principal Contractor on major projects.
• Experience delivering projects within the nuclear or another highly regulated sector is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of NEC contracts and project controls.
• Proficient with MS Office, Primavera P6 and CEMAR.
• Relevant CSCS Card.
• Must be eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance. Candidates who already hold active SC Clearance will be highly advantageous.

• Hybrid: 3 days on site, 2 days remote
• Occasional travel to the Manchester office
• Outside IR35
• Up to 70 per hour
• Long-term contract
